  4. Outbound production enterprises shall establish purchase, acceptance records, production and processing records, factory inspection records, warehousing records, etc. of raw materials and packaging materials, etc., and record in detail the epidemic prevention management and product traceability of the entire process of the production and processing of outbound Chinese medicinal materials.


  ① The records should be true and the retention period shall not be less than 2 years.
