Wanhai was awarded the Best Container Shipping Company of the Year in the Far East

At the 7th East Coast Maritime Forum (ECMF) held in Kolkata, India on February 24, Wan Hai Shipping won the "Container Shipping Company of the Year - Far East Trade Route" award.

The criteria for the award include business volume in the Far East sector, year-on-year growth, global reach, document handling procedures, initiation of new services, timeline completeness and customer satisfaction.

Since the launch of the Indian route in 1996, Wan Hai Shipping Company has deployed 11 routes in India, covering all major ports along the Indian coast, and plans to expand more comprehensive service coverage.

By the end of March, the shipping line will add CI7, a new route linking China, Vietnam and East India, to further enhance trade between Asia and East India.
