    • Parcel Warehousing: Users can shop in different countries and send parcels to our warehouses in those countries.
    • Parcel Information: Warehouses will receive users' parcels and provide basic parcel information.
    • International Shipping: Users can submit shipping orders for warehouse parcels to be sent to user-specified locations.
    • Additional Services: Warehouses offer various custom services, such as parcel inspection, unpacking, waterproof reinforcement, and more.
    • Payment Systems: Users can make payments using various online banking methods or credit cards available in Malaysia.
    • Guarantee Service: We promise compensation if parcels are lost during transport.

Payment Instructions
We support the following payment methods:

• Offline Payment
Users can make payments directly at our store with no additional charges.

• ATM Deposit, Bank Transfer
Users can make payments via ATM deposits or bank transfers to our designated bank account. Users must provide proof of transfer and related information on our recharge page for the verification process. Verification is generally conducted every hour during working hours with no additional fees.

• FPX Instant Transfer
FPX Instant Transfer allows users to use online banking to transfer funds directly to our bank through the FPX online payment platform. The FPX online payment platform is a secure transaction platform managed and supported by PayNet for all local banks. Once online transfer is completed, there is no need for manual verification, and our website will directly update the balance based on user transfer.

• Credit Card (Already Enabled)
Credit card payments allow users to make payments and top-ups to our website using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. After credit card payments are made, there is no need for manual verification, and our website will directly update the balance based on user payment. Credit card payments are introduced in cooperation with SenangPay payment platform and support Visa and MasterCard credit card types.

• WeChat Pay (Already Enabled)
WeChat Pay allows users to make payments and top-ups to our website using WeChat Pay. Once WeChat Pay is completed, there is no need for manual verification, and our website will directly update the balance based on user payment.

• Boost e-Wallet (Already Enabled)
Boost e-Wallet allows users to make payments and top-ups to our website using Boost. Once Boost is completed, there is no need for manual verification, and our website will directly update the balance based on user payment.

Prepaid Balance
When users top up or make payments, the amount will be directly added to the user's prepaid balance. All transactions will use the prepaid balance for payments and adjustments. We reserve the right to adjust the user's balance when we find that the top-up information provided by the user is incorrect. Users are allowed to withdraw their prepaid balance and provide a local bank account number for us to perform the transfer. We reserve the right to cancel withdrawal requests when we find the user's transfer and transaction records suspicious or unusual. If users encounter issues such as debt, if the corresponding amount cannot be paid within 1 month of the debt, we will charge a 10% late fee on the outstanding amount. The fine is charged per month until the user completes the payment.

Promotions
The events we hold must comply with the terms and conditions displayed on the event page. To benefit from promotional activities, users must comply with the terms of the event. Once we discover that a user has abused or not complied with the terms set by the event, we reserve the right to cancel the user's participation in the promotional activity.

Discount Codes and Gold Coins
The following terms will apply to discount codes and points on our website. We reserve the right to cancel the use of discount codes at any time, with or without notice.

• Discount Codes and Promotion Codes
Discount codes will provide discounts on the total amount of a user's shipping order. The valid use of discount codes must comply with terms and conditions, and each user can only use it once.

• Gold Coins (Already Enabled)
Gold coins are accumulated when making payment orders on our website. For example, users can earn 1 point after spending RM1. Users can use gold coins to pay for the total amount of shipping orders. The minimum consumption is a discount of 100 gold coins for RM1, with a maximum limit of 500 gold coins per order. Gold coins cannot be transferred or resold to other accounts on our website. Warehousing
We provide urgent warehousing services for users to store parcels in our warehouse. Our warehouse has 24-hour security monitoring, fire prevention measures, and pest control equipment to ensure the safety of your parcels.
    • Each parcel will enjoy free warehousing services for up to 30 days. After this period, a charge of RM 1/day will apply, with a maximum period of 45 days.
    • After exceeding the storage period, parcels will be removed from the warehouse and cannot be claimed.
    • Users are not allowed to store explosive, corrosive goods, or animals.
    • It is recommended to avoid long-term storage of high-value goods in the warehouse.
    • If parcel damage is caused by the warehouse or if a parcel is lost in the warehouse, the maximum compensation amount per parcel is RM 200.

Membership Levels (Not Yet Enabled)
We reserve the right to create, update, and cancel the membership level and benefits system with or without notice. Please refer to this link for detailed information on membership levels and benefits.

Errors, Inaccuracies
We reserve the right to change, update, and delete any errors and inaccuracies in text and images on our website at any time, with or without notice. When we provide weights and dimensions of goods to users, there may be some technical errors.

Comments
We appreciate member feedback and comments and consider them as our assets. We reserve the right to publish, delete, and save comments made by members.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel a user's use of our website when we find any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior by the user.
